INTERNSHIPS

2000:   Internship with a ceramic crafter; Pompton Plains, NJ.
           • Craft various clay vessels from concept to completion using potter’s wheel, clay tools, kiln, and glazes. 
1999:   Internship with sculptor Elaine Lorenz; HoHoKus, NJ.
           • Execute sculptural concepts through the use of fiberglass, Portland cement, and a variety of other elements. 
             Sculptures ranged from 4’ to 6'  tall. 
           • Assisted Lorenz in her private home studio on larger commissioned cement projects.

2001    Studied Art in China, under Professor and Master Printmaker & Ink Painter Zhiyuan Cong while visiting The Nanjing Art Institute,
             Suzhou University, and other art institutions and studios throughout Eastern China.
